Martha Mendes Sedeh is a lawyer with 18 years of experience in business law, contracts, corporate law, strategic litigation and legal management, also working in Family and Succession Law. Her practice is focused on business structuring, risk mitigation, dispute resolution and organizational development.

She serves as CEO of PDK Advogados, contributing to the firm’s institutional strengthening, integration between practice areas, operational efficiency and the development of high-performance teams. Her career is marked by the combination of strategic vision, management capability and solid legal background, with close involvement with companies, executives and leaders in complex decision-making processes.

She has extensive experience in leading legal teams, structuring internal departments, corporate governance, strategic negotiation and implementing workflows and processes focused on operational efficiency. Her experience as Head of Legal consolidated an executive business perspective, integrating law, management, people and business strategy.

She holds a Law degree from FMU and completed an international academic extension program at Universidad de Salamanca, in Spain, an experience that helped broaden her critical, cultural and strategic perspective on human relations, negotiation and dispute resolution. She holds postgraduate degrees in Business Law and Contracts from FGV and in Family and Succession Law from Ibmec.

In addition to her legal background, Martha is also a psychoanalyst and judicial mediator, incorporating a humanized and strategic approach into her work in people management, communication and conflict resolution.

She is Vice President of the Business Law Committee of the Brazilian Bar Association, Santana de Parnaíba Section.
