Martha Mendes Sedeh is an attorney and CEO of PDK Advogados, with 18 years of experience in Family and Succession Law, strategic litigation, Corporate Law, and Contract Law. As head of the firm’s management, she is responsible for defining and implementing growth strategies, business development initiatives, team management, and process improvement, combining legal expertise with a strong business perspective. She also leads the Family and Succession Law practice, focusing on the strategic resolution of disputes, estate and succession planning, and the protection of her clients’ interests.
She has extensive experience in leading legal teams, organizing in-house legal departments, corporate governance, strategic negotiations, and implementing workflows and processes aimed at operational efficiency. Her experience as Head of Legal has strengthened her executive perspective on business, integrating legal matters, management, people, and corporate strategy.
She holds postgraduate degrees from FGV and Ibmec and completed an international academic extension program at the University of Salamanca in Spain, an experience that broadened her critical, cultural, and strategic perspective on human relations, negotiation, and dispute resolution.
In addition to her legal background, Martha is also a psychoanalyst and court-appointed mediator, incorporating a human-centered and strategic approach into her work in people management, communication, and conflict resolution.
She serves as Vice President of the Business Law Committee of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB), Santana de Parnaíba chapter.
Throughout her career, Martha has held strategic positions within the corporate legal environment, with particular emphasis on her experience as Head of Legal at a large company, where she led teams, structured internal processes, and supported significant business decisions.
Her experience combines strategic and advisory legal work in Family and Succession Law, Corporate Law, Contract Law, and Company Law with a strong background in legal management and leadership.
