Rafael Pistono has more than 20 years of experience as an executive and lawyer, advising national and international organizations, with a focus on the corporate, contractual and regulatory aspects specific to each sector, particularly Telecommunications and Technology.

He holds a Law degree from the State University of Rio de Janeiro (UERJ), specializes in Digital Law and holds an MBA in Administration, Finance and Value Creation from PUC-RS. He has extensive experience in negotiation processes, both in the private and public sectors, with significant performance in the institutional representation of organizations across different industries.

He is a member of the Corporate Investigation Committee of the Brazilian Bar Association, where he has previously served as President of the Telecommunications Committee and Vice President of the Information Technology and Innovation Law Committee. He is also an author and coordinator of e-books and articles on telecommunications, technology and business law.

Recently, he became a member of the first Telecommunications Regulation Committee, created by one of the most respected teaching and research institutions in Latin America, FGV Direito Rio. The committee aims to provide a neutral and intellectually productive space for discussing emerging issues, fostering best practices and contributing to the development of the telecommunications and information technology sectors.
